Introduction:

This thermoplastic hot melt adhesive is formulated with EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) resin. It offers excellent bonding properties to heat-shrinkable materials, plastics, and metals. With its high bonding strength and moderate curing time, this adhesive is versatile for various applications such as heat-shrinkable products, toys, furniture, stationery, and packaging.

Features and Applications

This is an economical, high-strength EVA hot-melt adhesive with 100% solid content. The adhesive can be reheated for secondary bonding if the initial bond does not meet requirements, offering flexibility and reusability. Application Note:

The adhesive must be applied using professional coating equipment or hot melt glue machines.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: Woven bags with waterproof liners.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.

Temperature Warning: Operating temperatures exceeding 200°C can degrade the product, negatively impacting its performance and appearance.

Mixing: Do not mix with products from other manufacturers.

Safety Precautions

In its solid form, the adhesive poses no health risks. However, once melted, the hot molten plastic can cause severe burns.
