Introduction
This product is a hot melt adhesive film based on TPU, which has the characteristics of soft and high elasticity, strong adhesion, firm sealing, good waterproofness, water-washable and dry-cleanable, fast laminating speed, firm adhesion, and seamless peeling. It is very suitable for various textiles, leather, TPU sponge and rubber materials.

Scope of application:
Various types of textiles, leather, TPU sponge and rubber materials, etc.;
It can also be used for bonding in automotive interiors, clothing and accessories, shoes, and other industries.
Instructions:
1. Align the adhesive side of the hot melt adhesive film with the material to be bonded, with the release paper side facing up, and place them in the following order: release paper layer/adhesive film layer/material A to be bonded.
2. Use a relatively low heating temperature to heat one side of the release paper to melt the adhesive film and make it bonded.
3. Wait for the heated and bonded adhesive film to cool down and then tear off the release paper.
4. Align the adhesive surface of material A to be bonded with the surface of another material B to be bonded,
Placement order: material A/hot melt adhesive layer/material B, then heat the equipment again for hot pressing and bonding.
Reminder: Due to the different thickness of different materials, the thermal insulation performance is slightly different. The operating temperature, pressure, and time during pressing should be concluded in practice. The operating parameters in the technical table are for reference only.
