Silicone Self-adhesive Tape

Silicone self-adhesive tape is an insulation material with multiple superior properties, making it especially suitable for wrapping lead wires in H-class motors and electrical appliances. Its main features include high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, high strength, high breakdown voltage, excellent waterproof performance, and easy application. The tape surpasses similar products in tensile strength, elongation, and dielectric strength, and effectively enhances the overall performance of motors, forming a solid assembly of the wrapped connections.

Electrical Insulation Performance:

1. Volume Resistivity: ≥10^13 Ω/cm (ASTM D257)
2. Insulation voltage per millimeter thickness reaches 27KV; 0.5mm thickness can achieve an insulation voltage of 13.5KV
3. The main component is silicone, which retains insulating properties even after combustion, as it forms silicon dioxide
4. Excellent corona resistance, arc resistance, and anti-tracking properties, providing a safe working environment
5. The Arlon product line also includes a fully flame-retardant version for complete insulation safety

Temperature Resistance and Aging Performance:

1. Temperature range: -50℃ to +260℃, with a maximum temperature resistance of 350℃
2. Thermal stability at 180℃, allowing safe use for over 10 years, with excellent aging resistance
3. Service life of up to 2000 hours at 260℃

Sealing and Moisture Resistance:

1. Made from silicone rubber, impervious to water vapor, offering excellent moisture resistance for effective insulation
2. When wrapped with a 1/2 overlap, the layers self-fuse within 24 hours at room temperature, forming a permanent bond
3. Self-bonding strength can reach 50g/mm
4. Water absorption: 0.9% (after 46 hours in H2O at 21℃)

Chemical Performance:

1. Resistant to oxidation and ozone, with excellent UV resistance and weatherability
2. Made from silicone rubber, providing good oil and solvent resistance, as well as corrosion resistance

Mechanical Performance:

1. Excellent shock absorption and thermal insulation
2. Tensile strength between 400%-500%

Easy Maintenance:

1. Non-sticky surface, does not adhere to hands or contact surfaces
2. Can be easily removed by cutting with a blade during maintenance

Convenience:

1. One layer of wrapping provides effective insulation, reducing labor and cost
2. All tapes are protected by a special release liner, which can be removed during use for direct wrapping

Usage Instructions:

1. Stretch to 200% during wrapping, with a tensile rate of 400%-500%
2. Overlap by half a layer when wrapping, with the final wrap naturally overlapping
