Application Examples
Laboratory high temperature resistant isolation tape
We are the manufacturer of the most adhesives. When testing products, we will use a heating platform to heat 200-250 degrees Celsius to melt the hot melt adhesive product, conduct coating test, softening point test sample preparation, peeling force test sample preparation, etc. The following is the details of our coating test, which requires this high temperature isolation tape:
1.Turn on the heating platform and heat the temperature to 200℃;
2.Cut the high temperature anti-sticking tape into a suitable size, place it on the platform, and place the hot melt adhesive product to be tested. The anti-sticking high temperature tape can act as an isolation paper between the adhesive and the heating platform to prevent adhesion and is not affected by the heating temperature, and will not deform or carbonize;
3.Wait for the hot melt adhesive product to melt completely, and remove it from the heating platform after coating it into a film to cool it down;
4.After cooling, you can easily take away the hot melt adhesive sample for other tests, and the anti-sticking high temperature tape will not stick.
